The lawsuit alleges that subscribers were enrolled in auto-renewing subscriptions without sufficient notice or disclosure regarding renewal charges and cancellation terms.

How Much Can I Get Paid?
The amount you may receive depends on whether you’re an active or inactive subscriber:

  • Active Subscribers: You may receive a cash payment of up to $9.99 or an electronic voucher for two months of free service.
  • Inactive Subscribers: You can choose between a cash payment of up to $9.99 or an electronic voucher for two months of free service on a new subscription.

Expected Payout Date:
