What Is the Milwaukee Abrasive Wheel Class Action About?
A $1.25 million class action settlement has been reached against Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation. The lawsuit arose from allegations that the company did not clearly mark expiration dates on certain products, potentially endangering users. The focus of this settlement is on Milwaukee-branded abrasive wheels.
These abrasive discs are commonly used for grinding and sanding in various applications, including industrial, commercial, and personal projects. The settlement claims that some of these wheels sold in the U.S. from January 1, 2017, to April 18, 2024, lacked clear expiration information, which could lead users to unknowingly use outdated wheels that may fail during operation.

You may be eligible for the Milwaukee Tools class action settlement if you purchased any qualifying products at retail locations in the U.S. and its territories between January 1, 2017, and April 18, 2024.
