$1.5 Million Magnesium Supplements Class Action Settlement

Payout: $24.95 Without Proof

What is the Naturelo Magnesium Supplement Class Action?

A $1.5 million class action settlement has been reached regarding magnesium supplements, some of which were sold on Amazon. The lawsuit alleged that Naturelo, the distributor, violated New Jersey and California consumer laws by breaching warranties and employing deceptive marketing. Specifically, it was claimed that Naturelo misrepresented its magnesium supplements as containing 200 mg of “glycinate chelate” when they did not.

Claimants do not need to provide proof of purchase to receive a potential payment of up to $24.95 per household. Supplements purchased directly from Naturelo will not require documentation, while those bought on Amazon can attach proof to their claim form.

Naturelo denies any wrongdoing or violation of consumer laws but has agreed to the $1.5 million settlement to avoid the costs associated with prolonged litigation.
