What is the Naturelo Magnesium Supplement Class Action?
A $1.5 million class action settlement has been reached regarding magnesium supplements, some of which were sold on Amazon. The lawsuit alleged that Naturelo, the distributor, violated New Jersey and California consumer laws by breaching warranties and employing deceptive marketing. Specifically, it was claimed that Naturelo misrepresented its magnesium supplements as containing 200 mg of “glycinate chelate” when they did not.
Claimants do not need to provide proof of purchase to receive a potential payment of up to $24.95 per household. Supplements purchased directly from Naturelo will not require documentation, while those bought on Amazon can attach proof to their claim form.

How Do I Qualify for a Payout?
To qualify for a payout from the magnesium supplements settlement, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must have resided in the United States during the class action period (September 1, 2018, to February 28, 2024).
- You must have purchased Naturelo magnesium supplements labeled “Magnesium Glycinate Chelate” and/or “200 MG per capsule.”
- The purchase must have occurred between September 1, 2018, and February 28, 2024.
How Much Can I Get?
If you qualify as a class member in the magnesium supplements settlement, your payout will depend on whether you provide proof of purchase:
- Without Proof of Purchase: You may receive up to $24.95 per household.
- With Proof of Purchase: If you submit documentation, you could be entitled to up to $24.95 per unit purchased.
How Do I File a Claim?
The class action is now closed to new claims. To qualify for a payout, you needed to submit a claim form online by May 28, 2024. If you did not file a claim, you will not receive a payment. Claims could be submitted electronically or via mail.
