What’s This Settlement About?
Consumers who purchased certain CVS-branded eye drop products between October 1, 2021, and October 25, 2023, may be eligible for a cash payment from a $1 million class action settlement.
The lawsuit claimed that CVS sold recalled eye drops manufactured in unsanitary conditions in India. CVS has not admitted wrongdoing but agreed to a settlement to resolve the claims.
This settlement is separate from other class actions involving eye care products, such as Similasan “homeopathic” drops.

How Much Can I Receive?
- With Proof of Purchase: Full refund based on the actual purchase price (adjusted by a set formula).
- Without Proof: Receive a pro-rated cash payment for up to three units, based on the product’s retail price and the total number of claims.

Anyone in the U.S. who purchased the above CVS eye drops between October 1, 2021, and October 25, 2023.
