If you visited a MarinHealth Medical Center website between August 1, 2019, and May 27, 2025, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment ranging from $78 to $261 as part of a class action settlement.
The lawsuit alleges that MarinHealth improperly disclosed users’ personal and health-related information to third parties, such as Facebook and Google, through the use of Meta Pixel tracking technology.
