Overview
Similasan Corporation has agreed to a $3.575 million class action settlement to resolve claims that it falsely advertised and labeled its homeopathic eye drops. The lawsuit alleged the products were misrepresented as FDA-approved, sterile, and compliant with manufacturing standards, and failed to disclose the risk of silver sulfate. Similasan denies these claims but has agreed to settle.
