How Much Can I Get Paid?

The amount you may receive depends on the amount of product purchased and whether you experienced any equipment damage or repairs. Below is a breakdown of compensation for purchases:

  • $12 for each 5-gallon bucket
  • $6 for each 2-gallon jug
  • $4 for each 1-gallon jug
  • $90 for each 55-gallon drum

Damage Claims:

  • Claims for damages (such as repairs, parts, or specific equipment damage) are capped at $1,000, but receipts or acceptable proof of damage are required for claims over $100.
  • Claims for product purchases are capped at $100, unless you provide receipts or other proof for claims over this amount.

To file a claim, you must submit Part A of the Claim Form by March 1, 2025. Claims can be submitted in the following ways:
