How Do I File a Claim?

Do I Need Proof to File a Claim?
No proof is required to submit a claim, but the process involves two steps:
- Fill out the form to confirm you qualify for a payout by stating that you received marketing messages from DSW or Designer Brands after opting out between September 1, 2018, and September 1, 2024.
- Once your submission is accepted, you’ll receive a “Class Member ID” to use in completing and filing your claim form. You will be required to certify under penalty of perjury that you opted out of receiving marketing messages but still received them on the specified phone number.
