Novavax has agreed to a $47 million class action settlement related to allegations of making false statements and omissions that purportedly led to artificially inflated stock prices, resulting in financial losses for investors.
Novavax, based in Gaithersburg, Maryland, is a biotechnology firm focused on developing vaccines for serious infectious diseases worldwide.
