What Is the HP Class Action Settlement About?
If you purchased select HP products—like laptops, desktops, keyboards, or mice—between June 5, 2021, and October 28, 2024, you may qualify for a cash payment of up to $100 from a $4 million settlement.

Eligible payouts vary by product and are based on estimated per-unit damages. If the claims rate is around 15%, here’s what claimants may receive:

- HP Standard Laptop or Desktop: $50
- HP Envy or Spectre Laptop/Desktop: $100
- HP Mouse or Keyboard: $10
Payouts may be adjusted based on the number of claims submitted.
