What is the Blackhawk Prepaid Card Settlement About?
A $985,000 class action settlement has been reached with Blackhawk Network, a leading provider of prepaid card services, following a data breach reported in August 2022. Notifications were sent to affected individuals in October 2022. The breach occurred around June 16, 2022, exposing certain consumers to risks related to their prepaid cards. How Do I Qualify?
To qualify for the Blackhawk prepaid card data breach settlement, you must have received a class action notice, which typically contains a unique Notice ID and Code.
