Who Qualifies for a Payout?
Anyone in the United States who purchased false eyelashes made with mink fur from Lilly Lashes, labeled as “Cruelty-Free” between June 7, 2018, and February 28, 2025, may qualify. The purchase must have been for personal, family, household, or professional use and not for resale.
How Much Can You Receive?
If you qualify for the settlement, you could receive $10 for each eyelash unit purchased. The total payout depends on whether or not you can provide proof of purchase or documentation:
- Without Proof of Purchase: $10 per claim, with a household maximum of one claim.
- With Proof of Purchase: $10 per unit purchased, with no maximum if you provide documentation. If you received a “Claimant Identification Number” in a settlement notice, you may also be eligible for additional compensation.
What is the Total Settlement Amount?
The total settlement fund is $500,000, which will cover cash benefits, legal fees, administrative costs, and service awards for class action lead representatives.
