Sur La Table Data Breach Settlement: Claim Up to $4,000

If you received a notice from Sur La Table about a data breach that occurred in March 2023, you may be eligible for compensation of up to $4,000 or more as part of a $550,000 class action settlement.

SLT Lending SPV, Inc., doing business as Sur La Table, has agreed to settle a lawsuit related to a data security breach that exposed personal information between March 15 and March 25, 2023.

The lawsuit alleges that the company failed to maintain adequate data protection, resulting in unauthorized access to sensitive information, including names, driver’s license numbers, medical details, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and health insurance information for some individuals.

  • Identity recovery services
  • Up to $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance

How to File a Claim

  1. Gather your Unique ID (from the notice).
  2. Decide which benefits you want to claim (loss reimbursement, cash payment, CCPA payment, or credit monitoring).
  3. If claiming expenses, collect documentation (receipts, invoices, etc.).
