Drizly Agrees to $4 Million Settlement Over Undistributed Delivery Worker Tips

If you were a delivery worker for a New York State liquor store that used Drizly’s alcohol delivery service, you may be eligible for a payment from a $4 million class action settlement.

Background of the Case
Drizly, LLC has reached a $4 million settlement with the New York Attorney General following allegations that it misrepresented how customer tips were handled. The state’s investigation found that Drizly led customers to believe tips left through its platform would go directly to delivery workers. However, those tips were instead sent to store owners, many of whom failed to properly distribute them or engaged in improper tip pooling.
