HY Attractions Manager LLC has agreed to a $250,000 settlement to resolve claims it improperly disclosed processing fees for electronic tickets purchased to Edge NYC, a popular observation deck.

Who Is Eligible?
You may qualify for a payment if you:
- Purchased electronic tickets to Edge NYC from the official website
- Did so between February 16, 2024, and July 6, 2024
- Paid a processing fee for those tickets
How Much Can You Receive?

Approved claimants will receive a portion of the settlement fund based on the total amount of processing fees paid and the number of valid claims submitted.
