Overview
L&B Transport, LLC has agreed to a $220,000 class action settlement to resolve claims stemming from a data breach discovered in August 2024 that may have exposed consumers’ personal information. The exposed data allegedly included names, Social Security numbers, and driver’s license numbers.

Settlement Benefits
There are two forms of compensation available:
1. Documented Loss Fund (Up to $5,000)
You may claim reimbursement for:

- Up to four hours of lost time at $25/hour

2. Non-Documented “Pour-Over” Fund
Class members who do not submit documented claims may still receive a pro rata cash payment from the remaining funds. The exact amount will depend on the number of valid claims submitted and the remaining settlement funds.

From the $220,000 total fund:

When Will Payments Be Sent?
Payments will be distributed approximately 105 days after the court grants final approval and any appeals are resolved.
