You may be eligible for a payment if you entered personal information on www.selectquote.com to obtain an insurance quote during the following timeframes:

  • Florida residents: October 17, 2019 – October 17, 2023
  • California, Maryland, and Massachusetts residents: October 17, 2020 – October 17, 2023
  • All other U.S. residents: October 17, 2021 – October 17, 2023

Settlement Benefits

  • Cash Payment: Eligible class members can receive up to $20.
    • If the total number of claims exceeds the available fund, individual payouts may be reduced on a pro rata basis.
  • No documentation required, unless you received a notice with a Notice ID and Confirmation Code (which should be included when filing your claim).
