Who Is Eligible?
There are two groups covered by the settlement:
- Nationwide Class: All legally blind individuals who attempted to access Fashion Nova’s website with screen reading software between February 26, 2018, and the date of the final judgment.
- California Class: All legally blind individuals residing in California who attempted to access the website during the same period.
