Who Is Eligible to File a Claim?

You may be eligible if:

  • Your personal information may have been compromised in the April 2023 data breach.
  • MMC sent you a data breach notice in 2023.
  • You do not need to show identity theft or financial loss to participate.

How Much Can Class Members Receive?

Class members may claim:

  • Up to $500 for documented, unreimbursed out-of-pocket expenses linked to the breach
  • Up to $50 for lost time (paid at $25/hour for up to 2 hours; included within the $500 cap)
    • Lost time claims are subject to a $200,000 aggregate cap. If total claims exceed the cap, payments will be reduced proportionally.
  • Two years of credit monitoring and identity theft protection, including $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance
