How Do I Qualify for a Payout?
You may qualify for a payout if you purchased an iFIT fitness device with a Royal Wolf, Argon 1, or Argon 2 tablet on or before January 23, 2023, and connected it to the iFIT network between November 1, 2021, and January 23, 2023. How Much Can I Get?
Eligible claimants in the iFit NordicTrack class action settlement may receive:
- Repair: Free replacement and installation of a tablet or console if it fails due to the alleged defect by May 6, 2025.
- Refund: Reimbursement for documented repair costs paid to iFIT before May 6, 2024.
- Credit: 20% discount on a new purchase (up to $600) if your device failed and was disposed of after contacting iFIT before May 6, 2024.
- Subscription Discount: 20% off a 12-month extension of an iFIT streaming subscription if you lost access due to the defect and did not receive timely repair.
