Consumers who purchased one or more Arhaus products from the company’s website while living in California between April 2, 2020, and September 18, 2024, may be eligible to claim a cash payment from a $6 million class action settlement.
Arhaus Inc. agreed to the settlement to resolve allegations that it used deceptive pricing and advertising practices on its website.

You may be part of the settlement if you meet all the following criteria:
- You purchased one or more Arhaus products from the Arhaus website.
- You made the purchase from the state of California.
- Your purchase occurred between April 2, 2020, and September 18, 2024.
- The product displayed both a current sale price and a higher reference price (with or without a strikethrough).
- You have not already received a refund or credit for the purchase.
Settlement Payments
Class members who file valid and timely claims will receive a pro rata share of the net settlement fund after deductions for attorneys’ fees, litigation costs, the service award and settlement administration expenses.
Individual payments will be calculated as follows:
Individual award = (Your total qualifying purchase amount ÷ Total qualifying purchase amount of all claimants) × Net settlement fund.
No claimant will receive more than 50% of their total qualifying purchase amount, even if calculations would otherwise result in a higher payment.
For class members with multiple qualifying purchases, the total amount of all purchases will be used to determine the payment.

Why There Is a Settlement
The lawsuit alleged that Arhaus Inc. engaged in deceptive advertising by listing inflated “original” prices and showing discounts from prices that did not represent real prior sales. Plaintiffs claimed this practice misled customers into believing they were receiving significant discounts, violating California’s Unfair Competition Law, False Advertising Law and Consumer Legal Remedies Act.
Arhaus denied any wrongdoing but agreed to the settlement to avoid the cost, risk and uncertainty of ongoing litigation.
