ARX has agreed to a class action settlement of $850,000 following a data breach incident involving unauthorized access to an employee’s email account. Approximately 41,166 individuals may have had their personal and health data compromised.

Includes reimbursement for up to 3 hours of lost time at $30/hour (maximum $90). - Extraordinary Losses:
Up to $6,500 for significant financial losses due to fraud or identity theft stemming from the breach. Documentation required. - Credit Monitoring Services:
Three years of one-bureau credit monitoring and identity theft insurance.
