Who Is Eligible?
All living U.S. residents are included if:
- Their personal information was potentially compromised in the April 2024 cybersecurity incident, and
- They received a written notice informing them of the breach.
Settlement Payment Options
Class members may choose between two types of cash payments:
Option 1: Reimbursement for Documented Losses
Ordinary losses – up to $500
Eligible for documented out-of-pocket expenses such as:
- Credit reports or monitoring services
- Credit freeze or unfreeze fees
- Replacement ID costs
- Postage used to contact financial institutions
Losses must have occurred between April 3, 2024, and January 20, 2026.
Extraordinary losses – up to $2,500
Available for identity theft or fraud-related losses that are likely connected to the incident. Requirements include:
- Documentation showing unreimbursed fraud losses
- Proof of attempts to mitigate or recover the loss
- Losses not already covered under ordinary losses
- Losses occurring between April 3, 2024, and January 20, 2026
Option 2: Alternative Cash Payment
A one-time $50 payment, requiring no documentation.
Additional Benefit
All class members are eligible for two years of three-bureau credit monitoring, including $1 million in identity theft insurance.

Claims may be submitted online or by downloading, printing, and mailing or emailing the claim form. Paper forms may also be requested by phone or email.
