How to Qualify for a Payout

- Outside of Atlanta, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Union City, Doraville, Hapeville, Morrow, Riverdale, and Smyrna: January 25, 2014, to present
You can still qualify for payment even if you were driving the booted vehicle but did not own it.
Potential Payment Amount
Eligible claimants may receive up to $400 per claim for incidents in Union City and outside the specified areas, while claims from Marietta may be up to $60. The exact amount will depend on the number of valid claims submitted.

- DOT Number
- Your last name
