Crash Champions LLC has agreed to a $2.07 million class action settlement to resolve claims it violated Washington state law by failing to include wage or salary ranges in job postings.
Who Is Eligible?
You may qualify for a payment if you:
- Applied for a job with Crash Champions LLC in Washington state
- Submitted your application between January 1, 2023, and April 10, 2025
- Responded to a job posting that did not list a wage scale or salary range
Crash Champions’ internal records are being used to identify eligible applicants. If you received a notice about this settlement, you were identified as a potential class member.
How Much Can You Receive?
Payments are estimated to range from $651.35 up to $5,000, depending on the number of valid claims filed. All approved claimants will receive equal shares of the net settlement fund.
All payments will be reported as non-wage compensation on Form 1099-MISC.

To receive a payment, eligible class members must:

When Will Payments Be Sent?

Why Was There a Lawsuit?
The lawsuit alleged that Crash Champions LLC violated RCW 49.58.110, a Washington law requiring job postings to disclose wage and salary ranges. The plaintiff claimed the company’s failure to include this information misled applicants.
Crash Champions denied any wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid the expense and risk of continued litigation.
