GWD Concept Sp. z.o.o., the company behind Displate.com, has agreed to a $2.77 million settlement to resolve allegations that it deceptively advertised product discounts in violation of consumer protection laws in California, Oregon, and Washington.
If you purchased discounted items from Displate.com between January 1, 2019, and April 23, 2025, while living in one of those states, you may be eligible for $18 in cash or store credit.
Who Is Eligible?
You may qualify if:
- You purchased one or more discounted or promotional items from Displate.com
- You were a resident of California, Oregon, or Washington at the time of purchase
- Your purchase was made between January 1, 2019 – April 23, 2025
Who Is Excluded?
- Customers who bought items at full price
- Displate Club members who received permanent subscription-based discounts
Settlement Benefits
You may choose one of the following:
- $18 Cash Payment – Must file a valid claim by July 22, 2025
- $18 Displate.com Store Credit – Automatically issued via email (no claim form required)
Store credits:
- Never expire
- Are transferable
- Can be combined with other promotions
How to File a Claim for Cash Payment
To receive the $18 cash option:

If you do not file a claim, you will automatically receive the $18 store credit via email.

- Total Value for Class Members: $2.77 million
- Administrative Costs: Approx. $62,403 (paid by the defendant)
- Attorneys’ Fees & Expenses: Up to $650,000 (paid by the defendant)
- Class Representative Awards: Up to $2,500 each (totaling $5,000, paid by the defendant)

When Will Payments Be Made?
Payments and store credits will be distributed approximately 75 days after final settlement approval by the court.
Why Was This Lawsuit Filed?
Plaintiffs alleged that Displate.com misled consumers by advertising inflated or false discounts, violating state consumer protection laws. GWD Concept Sp. z.o.o. denies all allegations but agreed to settle to avoid prolonged litigation.
