If you purchased Family Dollar’s store-brand ground coffee—including Chestnut Hill—between January 1, 2019, and April 15, 2025, you may be eligible to receive a free voucher for a 9.6-ounce container of Chestnut Hill ground coffee as part of a class action settlement.
The lawsuit alleges that Family Dollar deceptively labeled and marketed its ground coffee products by overstating the number of servings each package could produce. Family Dollar denies any wrongdoing but has agreed to settle the case to avoid further litigation.
