To qualify for a payment, individuals must:

What Can Eligible Class Members Receive?
Class members can choose from the following benefits:
- Reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses: Up to $2,500 for documented, unreimbursed expenses related to the data breach. Eligible losses may include fraud-related financial losses, credit repair services, bank fees, or credit freeze/unfreeze costs.
- Compensation for lost time: Up to 3 hours of lost time at $20 per hour, totaling up to $60. This can be claimed with or without out-of-pocket expenses, but the combined reimbursement cannot exceed $2,500.
- Alternative cash payment: A one-time $50 payment for those who do not submit claims for out-of-pocket losses or lost time.
- Credit monitoring services: Three years of credit monitoring and identity theft protection, including $1 million in identity theft insurance, available to all class members.

To receive any settlement benefit, class members must submit a claim by September 29, 2025. Claims can be submitted online or by mailing a completed PDF claim form to the settlement administrator.
