What Is the HexClad Settlement About?
If you purchased HexClad hybrid cookware between February 1, 2022, and March 31, 2024, you may be eligible for a cash payment from a $2.5 million class action settlement.
The lawsuit alleged that One Source to Market LLC, doing business as HexClad Cookware, falsely advertised certain products as nontoxic, PFAS-free, PFOA-free, or otherwise free from harmful chemicals. HexClad denies any wrongdoing but agreed to settle the case to avoid further litigation.
Who’s Eligible?
You qualify if you purchased any of the following HexClad products during the eligibility period:
Individual Cookware Items:
- 1-qt hybrid pot with lid
- 7″, 8″, 10″, 12″, or 14″ hybrid pans (with/without lids)
- 10-qt hybrid stock pot, 5-qt saucepan, or 8-qt pot
- 12″ or 13″ hybrid griddle pans
- 10″ or 12″ hybrid woks
- 5.5-qt or 7-qt deep sauté pans with lids

How Much Can You Receive?
Payments will be made pro rata (divided equally among claimants based on product value and total claims submitted). You cannot receive more than what you actually paid.
- First-round payout: Based on purchase price and claim volume
- Second-round payout: May occur if leftover funds remain (e.g., uncashed checks) — only issued if payments are at least $5 per claimant and still under the amount each paid
