Houser LLP has agreed to pay $1,300,000 to settle a class action lawsuit related to a data breach that occurred between May 7 and May 9, 2023. Who Is Eligible?
You may be eligible to file a claim if:
- You received a notification letter from Houser LLP beginning around February 28, 2024, informing you that your private information was impacted or potentially accessed in the breach.

- California Subclass: California residents whose information was affected.

Settlement Payment Options
