Hub International Limited has agreed to a $4.65 million settlement to resolve a class action lawsuit stemming from a data breach that occurred between December 2022 and January 2023. The breach exposed sensitive personal information, and the lawsuit alleged that the company failed to implement adequate data security measures or notify affected individuals in a timely manner.

Affected consumers may be eligible to receive compensation of up to $5,000.
