JELD-WEN, Inc. has agreed to an $840,000 class action settlement to resolve claims that it failed to include required wage or salary ranges in job postings, in violation of Washington state law.
The lawsuit alleges that job postings in Washington did not comply with transparency laws requiring employers to disclose pay ranges for open positions. JELD-WEN denies any wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid further litigation.

Payments will be issued via paper check and mailed to the address provided on your claim form.
Payments to approved claimants are expected to be sent approximately 75 days after final court approval, which is scheduled for July 11, 2025.
