If you bought Krud Kutter cleaning products labeled as “Non-Toxic” or “Earth Friendly” between May 13, 2016, and April 17, 2025, you may be eligible for a cash payment. The lawsuit claims these products may not be as safe for people, animals, or the environment as advertised.
Rust-Oleum Corporation, the manufacturer, has agreed to a $1.5 million settlement to resolve these allegations.

Payout Details
- With Proof of Purchase: $1.00 per product purchased — no limit.
- Without Proof: $1.00 per product, up to 8 products.
Payments could increase or decrease based on the number of claims submitted, with a maximum of $2.00 per product.
