A class action settlement has been reached with LifeMD Inc. following allegations that the company shared users’ private health information with third parties through tracking technologies on its websites. If you are or were a customer of LifeMD or RexMD, or purchased products from either site, you may be eligible to receive a $10 cash payment or a $25 voucher.
Who Is Eligible?
You may qualify as a class member if:
- You live in the United States
- You are or were a member of LifeMD or RexMD, or
- You ordered or purchased products from LifeMD or RexMD before the settlement’s effective date
- Your personal information was allegedly disclosed to a third party via tracking tools used on their websites
Approximately 835,159 individuals are affected. If you received a settlement notice by mail or email, you are likely part of the class.
What Are the Settlement Benefits?
Eligible class members can choose one of the following:
- $10 Cash Payment
- $25 Voucher toward any LifeMD or RexMD products or services
The voucher will be delivered via email, credited to your account, and valid for two years from the date of issuance.

Settlement Fund Breakdown
The settlement fund will be used to cover:
- Administrative costs: Amount to be determined
- Attorneys’ fees and expenses: Up to $750,000
- Service awards for the two class representatives: $2,500 each
- Payments to class members: Remainder of the fund

When Will Payments Be Made?
Payments will be issued once the court grants final approval of the settlement and any appeals are resolved.
Why Is There a Settlement?
The lawsuit alleged that LifeMD and its affiliated sites used tracking technologies (such as pixels) that shared users’ health-related data with unauthorized third parties, including Meta, Google, and TikTok. Plaintiffs argued this practice violated privacy laws and consumer rights.
LifeMD denies any wrongdoing but agreed to settle in order to avoid the cost and risk of continued litigation.
