How Much Will I Get Paid?

Payout amounts depend on eligibility and may include:

• Up to $50 per claim for pet food (up to $25 per bag for two bags) with no proof of purchase.
• 100% reimbursement for valid purchases if you have proof of purchase.
• $75 for claims of pet injury without documentation.
• $150 for claims of pet death without proof.
• Full reimbursement for documented losses related to pet illness or death.

Note: There may be a cap of $150,000 per claim.
