NaturaLawn of America Inc. agreed to pay up to $500,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging that it sent marketing text messages to consumers even after they requested the messages stop. The lawsuit claims these actions violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Who Is Eligible?
To qualify for the settlement, class members must meet all of the following criteria:
- Reside in the United States.
- Received two or more text messages from NaturaLawn of America after asking the company to stop sending them.
- Received the unwanted messages within a 12-month period after opting out and between April 30, 2020, and the present.
- NaturaLawn of America’s records include their phone number.
Settlement Compensation
Pro rata cash payment:
Eligible class members may receive up to $217 per unwanted text message received after their opt-out request. The final amount will depend on the number of valid claims.
How to File a Claim
Class members must submit a completed claim form by January 6, 2026. Claims can be filed online or by mailing a printed PDF claim form to the settlement administrator.
