Settlement Overview
A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Old Navy, which alleged that the company used misleading reference prices in its marketing.

If you made purchases at Old Navy or Old Navy Outlet Stores (excluding purchases made in Missouri) between November 12, 2015, and December 2, 2021, and did not receive a refund or credit for those purchases, you may be eligible to receive one or more $5 Settlement Purchase Certificates by submitting a Claim Form.

Eligibility for Payment
To qualify, you must have made one or more in-store or online purchases from Old Navy or Old Navy Outlet Stores (excluding Missouri) during the specified period.

Potential Compensation
If your total purchases from November 12, 2015, to December 2, 2021, were less than $90, you can receive a $5 certificate for future purchases. For purchases exceeding $90, you will need to provide proof of payment, which may qualify you for a $10 certificate.
