Consumers who made a deposit in a Papaya Gaming app between January 1, 2019, and September 5, 2024, may be eligible to claim cash or in-game credits from a $15 million class action settlement.
Papaya Gaming Ltd. and Papaya Gaming Inc. agreed to resolve a lawsuit alleging they misled players by representing games such as Bingo Cash, Bubble Cash, 21 Cash and Solitaire Cash as skill-based when bots may have influenced contest outcomes.
Who Is Eligible?
You may qualify if:
- You lived in the U.S. or U.S. territories and had a Papaya Gaming account
- You made at least one deposit in a Papaya game between January 1, 2019, and September 5, 2024
- You were not blocked for fraudulent activity during the class period
What Can Class Members Receive?
Eligible individuals may choose one of the following:
Pro rata in-game cash distribution:
- Available to all class members.
- Those with an active Papaya account will automatically receive in-game cash even if they do not submit a claim form.
- The final amount depends on the number of approved claims.
Pro rata cash payment:
- Class members with or without an active account may submit a claim to receive a cash payment.
- The final payment amount will be determined by the total number of valid claims.

Class members with an active Papaya account who prefer in-game cash do not need to submit a claim.
