Reventics, LLC and OMH Healthedge Holdings, Inc. (doing business as Omega Healthcare) have agreed to an $8.15 million class action settlement to resolve claims arising from a data breach discovered in December 2022. The breach allegedly exposed sensitive personal and health information.
If you received a notice from Reventics in February 2023 stating that your information was impacted, you may be eligible to receive up to $5,000 for documented losses or a $100 flat cash payment.

The lawsuit was filed after Reventics discovered that an unauthorized third party had accessed and encrypted data on its systems on December 15, 2022. Investigations confirmed that sensitive personal and health information had been compromised.
Plaintiffs allege that Reventics and Omega Healthcare failed to implement adequate cybersecurity measures. The defendants deny wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid ongoing litigation costs.
