A $38 million class action settlement has been reached following three lawsuits against Rodan + Fields, a Multi-Level Marketing company that markets skincare products, including Lash Boost. The lawsuits claim that Rodan + Fields did not adequately disclose information about Lash Boost, its potential side effects, or risks related to one of its ingredients, Isopropyl Cloprostenate.
Isopropyl Cloprostenate shares a chemical structure with certain medications, and some plaintiffs reported adverse reactions to the product. The lawsuits allege that Rodan + Fields is responsible for selling an unapproved drug, an unbranded drug, and failing to disclose crucial information about potential side effects.
You may qualify if you are part of the Settlement Class, which includes individuals who purchased Lash Boost from Rodan + Fields for personal, family, or household use between October 1, 2016, and March 11, 2022.

To receive your benefit, you must submit a valid Claim Form. If you provide proof of purchase for two or more tubes of Lash Boost, you can receive a Repeat Purchaser Benefit, either in credit or cash, depending on your choice.
You only need to submit proof of purchase for two tubes of Lash Boost, even if you bought more than two.
