How Do I Qualify for a Payout?
You are considered a Settlement Class Member if you purchased one or more covered Sealy 1250 thread count bedding products in the United States between October 19, 2016, and October 30, 2025.
The products must have displayed a 1250 thread count on the packaging and fall within the Sealy-branded lines listed above or similar Sealy bedding advertised as having a 1250 thread count.
Purchases made for resale or other commercial purposes may not qualify. The settlement is intended for consumer purchases for personal use within the United States.
What Types of Items Are Included in the Settlement?
The settlement applies to Sealy-branded bedding products advertised as having a 1250 thread count, including but not limited to:
- Bedsheets
- Pillowcases
- Sheet sets
- Cooling sheet sets
- Other Sealy-branded bedding advertised as 1250 thread count
The key requirement is the 1250 thread count labeling, not the specific model name.
Which Products Are Not Included?
The following items are excluded from the settlement:
- Products without a 1250 thread count listed on the packaging
- Products purchased outside the eligible time period
- Non-Sealy branded bedding
- Mattresses or other non-textile bedding items
If the product packaging stated “1250 thread count” and carried the Sealy brand name, it may qualify regardless of where it was purchased.
How Much Can I Get Paid?
Settlement Class Members may receive $5 for each covered product purchased during the class period.
- You may claim up to eight products per household without proof of purchase, for a maximum of $40.
- With valid proof of purchase, such as receipts or online order confirmations, you may claim an unlimited number of eligible products at $5 per item.
Because the total settlement fund is capped at $750,000, payments may be adjusted on a pro rata basis depending on the number of valid claims and the amount remaining after attorneys’ fees, costs, and administration expenses.
How Do I File a Claim?
To receive payment, you must submit a valid Claim Form by the deadline. Claims can be filed in one of two ways:
- Online: Submit an electronic Claim Form through the official settlement website, certifying the number of eligible Sealy 1250 thread count products purchased.
- By mail: Download or request a paper Claim Form and mail the completed form to the Settlement Administrator at the address provided in the official notice.
If you are claiming more than eight products, you must include proof of purchase showing the additional qualifying items.

When Will Settlement Payments Be Issued?

Is Proof of Purchase Required?
Proof of purchase is not required for smaller claims.
- You may claim up to $40 per household (eight products) without proof by certifying your purchases under penalty of perjury.
- To claim more than eight products, you must provide proof of purchase, such as receipts, order confirmations, or other documentation reasonably showing the purchase of covered Sealy 1250 thread count bedding during the class period.
