TaskUs $17.5 Million Securities Class Action Settlement

TaskUs Inc. has agreed to a $17.5 million settlement to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging the company and certain executives violated federal securities laws. The plaintiffs claimed TaskUs made false or misleading statements about its company culture, employee attrition rates, and Glassdoor ratings, which allegedly caused investors to suffer financial losses.
