Overview of the Settlement
A $44,530,000 class action settlement has been reached regarding predatory loans that allegedly exceeded federal interest rate limits. If you received a loan or line of credit from Great Plains Lending, Plain Green, or MobiLoans, you may be eligible for a cash payment from this settlement.

The claims involve loans and lines of credit associated with three companies owned by Native American tribes: Great Plains, Plain Green, and MobiLoans. These companies are collectively referred to as Think Finance and provided services to the tribes.

The plaintiffs in the lawsuits allege that the defendants violated federal and various state laws by facilitating and/or supporting loans with annual interest rates exceeding state law limits, and by operating without the necessary state licenses.
