What is the Turkish Airlines Class Action About?

A $1,000,000 class action settlement has been reached with Turkish Airlines, which operates flights to over 300 major destinations in more than 120 countries. The lawsuit alleged that Turkish Airlines violated its contract, known as the “General Conditions of Carriage” (GCC), by canceling flights and failing to provide timely refunds.
