  • Reimbursement for Extraordinary Losses (up to $5,000)
    • Covers actual, proven, and unreimbursed monetary losses from identity theft or fraud caused by the data breach.
    • Requires documentation and evidence of failed attempts to recover losses through other means (e.g., insurance).
  • Alternative Cash Payment: $50
    • For those who do not submit claims for out-of-pocket losses or lost time.
    • This payment can be requested in addition to the credit monitoring benefit.
